Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support to clients
• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans
• Document client progress and communicate with supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (if applicable)
• Passing a background check
