Mental/Behavioral Health Technician (MHT/BHT) - Nights

About the role

Rainier Springs, part of Lifepoint Behavioral Health, a nationally recognized healthcare organization with a diverse network across the country, is seeking passionate, patient-centric, and goal-oriented team members to join its Behavioral Health team.

Responsibilities

• Support the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN.
• Supervise and maintain patient safety.
• Ensure that the schedule/program is delivered consistently.
• Safeguard the dignity and respect of our patients and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma.
• CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Experience working in an inpatient psychiatric or healthcare facility preferred.
• Previous direct patient care experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $19 - $24 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job to be paid within this hourly rate, but certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this range.
