About the Role

Join our program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe program in Memphis, Tennessee, and help uphold the exceptional quality and hospitality standards expected of the luxury homes in Airbnb’s Luxe offering. As part of our Managed Services program, you will conduct in-person home assessments, document property conditions, capture photos, and provide detailed evaluation reports to support our luxury quality review process. Home consultations typically take approximately 2 hours to complete, with some variation depending on property size. This project operates on an as-needed basis, with assignment volume fluctuating based on operational demand and market needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person home consultations and property evaluations.
• Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
• Complete structured assessment reports based on independent expert evaluations, using provided guidelines and templates.
• Maintain professional and responsive communication with Hosts.
• Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports following each consultation.

Pay

Compensation is offered on a per-assignment basis. Candidates propose a base rate for reviewing a one-bedroom home, with average rates in this region ranging from $75–$90 USD. Additional compensation includes:

• $5 USD per bedroom beyond the first, up to a maximum of eight bedrooms (e.g., 2 bedrooms: base rate + $5, 3 bedrooms: base rate + $10, etc.).
• Travel compensation based on distance from the assessment location, with details provided before offers are extended.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience: Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Flexible availability: Ability to accommodate assignments as needed.
• Reliable transportation: Willingness to travel to assigned locations.
• Required equipment: Phone or tablet capable of completing reports and uploading photos.
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail: Thorough, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• English proficiency: Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Technical proficiency: Comfortable using technology with a stable internet connection.
• Location: Live within a one-hour driving distance of Memphis, Tennessee.
