Memory Care Nursing Assistant – Senior Living

Role: Memory Care CNA/CHHA Responsibilities Provide person-centered assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility to residents living with dementia.Promote residents' dignity, independence, and emotional well-being.Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.Assist with meals, hydration, and engaging residents in therapeutic activities.Collaborate with nurses, families, and team members to ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.Maintain residents' sense of being valued, known, and respected daily. Qualifications & Skills Compassionate and dedicated to resident care.Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members.Strong observation skills for monitoring residents’ conditions.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
