Memory Care Director
About the role
The Program Director - Memory Care oversees all activities related to providing quality service to residents, ensuring Resident-Centered Care, managing staffing, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the facility and provide excellent food service
- Engage in activities that meet the needs of each resident
- Address resident relations issues promptly and satisfactorily
- Adequately staff the facility
- Ensure all mandatory training is completed for staff
- Create a Memory Care Program Calendar addressing the needs of residents
- Prepare annual budget projections and financial forecasts
- Complete reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the Company
- Maintain the community to Company standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Ohio Nursing License
- Three or more years of assisted living experience in memory care
- Three or more years of proven success in operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
