About the role

Oversee all activities related to providing quality service to residents, including maintaining the facility, food service, engaging activities, and a caring nursing staff. Ensure Resident Centered Care is in place for all residents through personalized care plans. Address resident relations issues promptly and maintain strong communication with residents and their families. Ensure the facility is adequately staffed, mandatory training is completed, and appropriate programming is in place for each unit. Create a monthly Memory Care Program Calendar addressing social, physical, cognitive, and spiritual needs. Manage annual budget projections, financial forecasting, and required government reports. Maintain the community to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident services, including facility maintenance, food service, activities, and nursing care.
• Implement Resident Centered Care through personalized care plans.
• Address and resolve resident relations issues promptly.
• Ensure adequate staffing and completion of mandatory training.
• Develop and maintain programming for individual units.
• Create a monthly Memory Care Program Calendar for residents' social, physical, cognitive, and spiritual needs.
• Manage annual budget projections and financial forecasting.
• Complete reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the company.
• Maintain the community to company standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Three or more years of assisted living experience in memory care.
• Three or more years of proven success in operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Completion of Residential Care Administrative Course is a plus.

Pay

Starting at $75,000 annually.
