About the role
Responsible for providing compassionate care to residents in memory care facilities. Duties include assisting with daily activities, medication management, and maintaining a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of living areas
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance caregiving skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
