You are responsible for sharing the UFC GYM mission, building relationships with prospective members, and helping them start their fitness journey through effective sales, outreach, and high-energy service. Key Responsibilities Sales & Community Outreach Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads through productive phone calls, community outreach, and social media engagement. Appointment Setting: Manage your sales pipeline to consistently hit daily and monthly appointment and guest goals. The Fitness Tour: Deliver a world-class tour to 100% of guests, showcasing our MMA-inspired facility and training programs. Closing: Confidently present membership options and help new members enroll in the plan that best fits their goals. Member Experience & Engagement First Impressions: Provide a welcoming, informative, and high-energy experience for every person who enters the gym. Member Integration: Follow up with new members after enrollment to ensure they are utilizing the club and meeting their fitness targets. Brand Ambassador: Represent the UFC GYM brand with authenticity and passion in the club and the local community. Operations & Teamwork Collaboration: Work closely with the coaching and operations teams to ensure a seamless "hand-off" for new members. Data Integrity: Accurately track leads, guest data, and sales activity in the gym management system. Club Standards: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all members and guests. Qualifications Experience: Strong understanding of sales practices; previous experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred. Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people. Technical: Basic computer proficiency and comfort using lead management software.
