Membership Service Representative Pre Sale Ambassador

Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Specialist to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and convert prospects into gym memberships. This role is critical in building a strong pipeline of potential members prior to and during active sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities (Pre-Sales)

• Identify and pursue new lead opportunities through outreach, events, partnerships, and digital channels
• Conduct daily prospecting activities including calls, text, social media engagement, and in-person networking
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
• Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase visibility

Sales

• Engage prospective members, understand their fitness goals, and present tailored membership options
