Membership Service Representative (Opener)

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, master systems, and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects, and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.
• Continuously sell membership services as part of regular sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness.

Schedule

• Part-time
• 4-hour or 8-hour shifts
• Morning or evening shifts available
