About the Role
Crunch Fitness is growing, and we're looking for energetic, friendly team members to join our Tennessee clubs! As a Member Services Representative, you'll be one of the first people our members meet. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is comfortable with both customer service and membership sales.
What You'll Do
- Welcome members and provide a great front-desk experience
- Answer questions about memberships, services, and the gym
- Give gym tours and help prospective members get started
- Follow up with leads and membership prospects
- Support membership sales and referrals
- Help keep the club clean, organized, and welcoming
Schedule
- Part-time
- Morning and evening availability
- 4- and 8-hour shifts
- In-person
