Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of service to members
- Process applications
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls
- Maintain member accounts with great attention to detail
- Set up and process payments accurately
- Be proficient with internal programs and systems
- Be knowledgeable about membership policies and community features
- Attend and participate in team meetings
- Use internal documentation as well as external online resources to complete assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum education (or substitute experience): High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum experience required: 3-5 years customer service
- Skills required: Typing 35 wpm or more, Basic math skills, MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Ability to work independently and in a team environment, Exceptional multi-tasking abilities, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving techniques
Physical Requirements
- This position requires you to work full-time on a computer
- Physical requirements include reaching, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, repetitive motions such as typing and clicking, and exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move
Pay and Benefits
- The starting pay is $22/hour
