Responsibilities
- Execute strategies that achieve membership enrollment and revenue goals.
- Source, qualify, and convert membership prospects through tours, outreach, referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Conduct club tours and membership presentations for prospective members.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Track sales activities, lead sources, membership trends, and conversion metrics.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to generate membership opportunities.
- Partner with club leadership to identify sales opportunities and membership growth initiatives.
- Promote referral programs and support a club-wide culture of membership growth.
- Represent the club at networking events, community functions, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate prospect and membership records within CRM and club systems.
- Prepare timely sales reports, forecasts, and membership activity updates.
- Attend leadership meetings and support company initiatives as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, membership requirements, and applicable laws.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in membership sales, hospitality, golf, country clubs, lifestyle clubs, or other relationship-driven industries.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Golf knowledge is a plus.
Working Conditions

- Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout club facilities.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Frequent interaction with members, prospective members, guests, and community partners.
Pay
$85,000 - $95,000 per year
