Membership Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio. We are seeking candidates to work a minimum of 20 hours/ week with a flexible schedule.

If you are passionate about health and wellness, naturally confident and outgoing, and love making people feel welcomed, we'd love to talk to you. You should be looking for an active job that keeps you on your feet, be able to commute reliably to the Triangle in Austin, TX, and radiate positive energy.

Responsibilities

Your day will include tasks like warmly greeting customers by name, checking guests in and giving studio tours, promoting the benefits of IR Saunas and a studio membership, and understanding and speaking to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy.

• Warmly greet customers by name
• Check guests in and give studio tours
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and a studio membership
• Understand and speak to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy
• Sell memberships and packages and earn commissions
• Use our software to manage appointments and make sales
• Clean studio and individual sauna rooms between guests
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Check Prospr for any team communication and important updates
• Assist with administrative duties such as texting/calling leads and membership assistance

Qualifications

Prior experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a spa or health/wellness setting, is a plus. You will gain experience in sales and customer service, proficiency in MindBody Online and Axle CRM, and knowledge of the science behind IR, Red Light Therapy, and chromotherapy.
