Membership Recruitment Assistant - Part-time, Temporary

Employment Details

Intended employment term: 90 days
Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: part-time, up to 20 hours weekly, some evenings and weekend required

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of related work experience.
• Experience in sales, membership recruiting, or other related areas.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources/contacts/services, preferred.
• Ability to cultivate, foster, maintain, and manage relationships and network effectively with diverse individuals, communities, and organizations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to present information to various audiences and communities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid drivers' license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation; ability to travel within San Diego County as needed to perform duties of the position.
