As a Membership Manager, you'll turn conversations into connections and moments of members coming back to tell you, you changed their life. • Hit individual and team sales goals while driving self-generated leads and membership growth
• Coach, train, and develop your team daily through real-time role play and performance feedback

• You will be touring prospects walking through the club
• You will supervise Membership Advisors and act as Manager on Duty when the GM is off-site
