About the role
The Membership Coordinator is one of the first interactions guests will have with The Alaska Club. You will greet and tour guests, build relationships, engage guests within their areas of interest, and complete follow-up calls to check on their experience. You will have daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals to keep you motivated and play a key role in our mission of changing lives.

Requirements
- A clear passion for fitness
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality
- Sales and/or customer service experience (preferred)
Pay
Hourly wage plus commission and bonus opportunities.

Schedule
Full-time position, typically working five days a week totaling approximately 40 hours. Schedules are flexible and can include morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
