Napa Valley Wine Train
A day in the life... As a Membership Coordinator, you are responsible for the NVWT wine club team delivering exceptional member experience, driving both wine sales and wine club retention, resulting in long-term relationships. This is a hybrid role which will also work in the retail/photo/cafe space as needed.
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in a wine membership and/or customer service position.
- Knowledge of wine and (Direct to Consumer) sales practices.
- Working knowledge of wine club management systems; C7 a plus.
- Familiarity with basic compliance guidelines.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; telephone, email, and in-person; friendly, helpful, and professional with the ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to handle customer service complaints and find effective resolutions.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to lift and carry 50lbs for short periods.
- Must have a valid CA driver's license.
- Must be 21 years of age.
