Member Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Casual role requiring early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Visually inspect equipment before class for safety and functionality
• Ensure studio cleanliness and return equipment to standards set by management
• Participate in networking and community events as needed
• Support studio promotions to generate new business
• Stay updated on and implement FS8 brand and athletic standards
• Work the front desk and establish relationships with members
• Make sales phone calls and follow up on member inquiries
• Prepare for classes by stocking laundry, studio supplies, and rolling towels
• Be willing to adapt to new developments in the fitness industry
• Represent the brand with professional attire and presence in the studio
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum of 20 hours per week, plus 40 calls per shift.
