About the role
The Member Success Specialist is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support.
Responsibilities
- Engage with members to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Manage member inquiries and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members to build loyalty and advocacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is beneficial.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
