WESTconsin Credit Union has a great career opportunity for an experienced leader to join our expanding Member Solutions Team as a Member Solutions Supervisor in the Member Solutions Department – Collections/Loss Mitigation. We're seeking a collaborative professional to support employee development, performance management, training, and collections operations. This role plays a key part in coaching staff, improving processes, ensuring compliance, resolving complex account situations, and helping drive exceptional service and operational results.

Schedule

Onsite opportunity based out of Menomonie, WI, offers occasional hybrid work options.
