Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and customer service support to Account Managers and members.
  • Affiliate in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other client materials.
  • Issue certificates of insurance and process policy-related changes, including property and vehicle updates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic files and documentation.
  • Respond to member inquiries and provide timely, professional customer service.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform routine office and administrative tasks to support departmental operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive member experience.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of customer service or office clerical experience is required.
  • Prior experience in an insurance agency or related environment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service are required.
  • A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer technology is required.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment is necessary.
