Member Services Specialist
This role serves as a primary frontline representative of the credit union, responsible for delivering accurate, professional, and member-focused service. The Member Services Specialist supports new membership onboarding, account opening, and transactional services while ensuring members receive a welcoming, efficient, and consistent experience. This is a member-facing execution role and does not include lending approval authority or ownership of complex service resolution.

Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, professional, and member-focused service as a frontline representative.
- Support new membership onboarding, account opening, and transactional services.
- Ensure members receive a welcoming, efficient, and consistent experience.
- Follow procedures, handle cash accurately, and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Prior customer service or financial experience preferred.
Pay
$17.05 - $22.17 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
- Day shift.
- Regular scheduled weekly hours: 20.
