Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with any questions or concerns.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by interacting with members and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager if necessary.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club goals.
• Make prospective member calls and tours, assess their needs, and execute retail transactions.
• Clean and sanitize exercise equipment and recovery zone amenities, restrooms, and communal spaces.
• Address maintenance and facility concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and moving throughout the club.
• Continual communicating in person or on the phone.
• Lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
• Movement in different positions, including bending and twisting.

Pay Range

$17.13 - $21.50 per hour
