About the role

The Member Services Representative Legal is responsible for providing legal support to members, assisting with member inquiries, and ensuring compliance with credit union policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to members on various financial matters.
• Handle member inquiries related to legal issues and assist in resolving disputes.
• Ensure all transactions comply with credit union policies and applicable laws.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal capacity or customer service role.
• Strong understanding of federal and state laws relevant to credit unions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
