Member Services Representative - FlexAccess

About the role

We are looking for a Member Services Representative to work in our Brentwood, TN office. This position is responsible for delivering excellent service to members utilizing processes and technology within a call center.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all customers receive an excellent level of customer service.
• Handles front-line inbound and outbound member calls, with the ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of Archimedes' services and customer needs.
• Follows established procedures, processes, and standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Meets performance targets for speed, efficiency, and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering excellent service in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment (excluding home healthcare).
• 1 year of call center experience.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, shifts range from 7:00 AM to 7 PM. Hybrid schedule requiring in-office work 3 days per week (new hire training is in-office only).
