As a Member Services Representative at Dorchester, you will provide exceptional customer service to members through phone and in-person interactions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answering member inquiries via phone and in person
- Processing member requests and providing solutions
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting member activity
- Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
