About the Role
The Membership Services Representative role is responsible for delivering proactive and reactive customer service to a large base of full-season membership accounts on a daily basis. This position will also be the main point of contact for these accounts on Revolution game days and is responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales and activity targets.
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound customer service calls to full-season membership accounts.
- Meet or exceed all assigned activity requirements and sales targets.
- Thoroughly explain all features and benefits of the package to each customer to maximize their experience and encourage renewals or add-ons.
- Develop and execute a series of events and experiences for first- and second-year membership accounts in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Strategy and Retention.
- Prospect each account for referral and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and perform necessary follow-up with customers.
- Master the Seven Step Sales Process through extensive initial and ongoing training.
- Answer 1-877-GET-REVS calls, providing specific customer service to Revolution season ticket holders and general inquiries.
- Interface with the ticket office daily to facilitate timely delivery of tickets and payment processing.
- Perform other tasks and special projects as directed by the Senior Manager, Strategy and Retention.
- Handle special projects and assignments as business needs dictate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of sales experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor on the phone and in person.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Highly computer proficient, with strong skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Able to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.
Physical Demands
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipment.
- Frequent requirement to talk or hear.
- Occasional requirement to reach with hands and arms.
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Certifications
