About the Opportunity
The Member Services Rep is responsible for delivering post-sales support to members in a contact center setting. This role ensures effective communication and resolution of member inquiries, supporting the ongoing engagement and satisfaction of members within the fitness and wellness certification program.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, friendly, and responsive service to members, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
- Resolve member requests and inquiries via telephone, email, and social media.
- Offer light technical support including password resets, compatibility evaluations, and courseware guidance.
- Process member requests for cancellations and retests within policy and recommend fair resolutions for exceptions.
- Document inquiries and resolutions thoroughly.
- Identify and report unusual trends in inquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills focused on resolution.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience using various business systems to support customer inquiries.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Interest in fitness and training preferred.
- Certified Personal Training (CPT) certification highly desired.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The current full-time annual salary range for this role is $34,500.00 to $49,280.00, excluding discretionary bonuses or sales incentives. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, qualifications, business needs, and market factors. Most full-time employees may be eligible for incentive bonuses or sales plans.
