Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming inquiries from Season Ticket Members
- Develop relationships with Season Ticket Members through various touchpoint initiatives throughout the year via phone calls, emails, in person meetings, game day interactions and other special events
- Identify partners that Season Ticket Members may share accounts with and develop an understanding of what they value about their Patriots experience
- Collaborate with the Member Services Team to incorporate new creative ideas to get key decision makers involved with our off-season events and game day experiences
- Strive to retain Season Ticket Members from year to year and ensure their long term happiness
- Act as a liaison with the Ticket Office including follow up on unpaid accounts, seat relocation requests and other ticket management issues
- Build and maintain internal informational documents for Member Services team
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to organize member requests and track relevant emails and notes
- Prioritize issues that need to be addressed with other departments throughout the organization
- Provide exemplary customer service by following up with Members in a timely manner with the correct information that they requested and going above and beyond their expectations
- Assist with identifying and managing creative Member only events and other value-added programs
- Work with other departments to create awareness of all operational details for Club and Suites
- Perform special projects and assignments as business dictates

- 1-3 years work experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
