Member Services Associate - Wellness Center / Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Supports all front end departments including sales, front desk, and housekeeping.

Requirements

• High school diploma (formal education required); post‑secondary education preferred.
• One (1) year of customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional appearance and manner.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs and self‑respect and dignity.

Pay

$17.43/hr – $20.92/hr (base salary exclusive of bonuses or differentials).

Schedule

Flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours; 20 hours per week; benefits eligible.
