What You'll Do
- Quickly respond to member inquiries via phone, email, text, and live chat
- Support for billing inquiries, policy changes, renewal inquiries, and our online portal

Connect with our members on a personal level, understand their needs, concerns, and aspirations, and transform ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences, one conversation at a time.
What You’ll Do: An Average Day
- Start and end your day at the same time every day during training
- Have an assigned shift for your 40-hour work week
- Contribute to the team during busier seasons and be rewarded with overtime pay
- Have different daily assignments to avoid boredom

Commute Support
Additional support of $100 per month for those who commute into a PURE office three days or more a week.
Pay
$50,000 starting salary, with potential for overtime and the monthly $500 Exceptional Performance bonus.
Schedule
Full-time, hybrid role with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, with specific shift days and times to be agreed upon based on business needs.
