About the role
The Patrick Henry Family YMCA is seeking part-time, personable Member Service Associates to provide quality service to members and prospective members in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Greet members
- Process memberships
- Complete program registrations
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years old or older
Schedule
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Pay
$13–$14 per hour.
