Job Responsibilities
- Manage Member Accounts: Update billing info, process cancellations, freeze accounts, and handle refunds in the system.
- Member App Support: Resolve issues and provide support to members experiencing issues with member app and report bugs to technical support teams.
- Support Gym Management: Assist franchise owners and gym managers with complex membership or software issues.
- Admin & Data Entry: Keep Data Clean: Manage, enter and update large amounts of member data accurately in various systems.
- Data Reporting and Analysis: Create and submit various reports to supervisor (e.g., cancellations, member issues, and response times for management).
Job Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in an office as an administrator, customer service, or billing role (fitness or hospitality experience is a plus).
- Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Skills: Tech Savvy: Good with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic database or customer service software, customer service email ticketing system. Great Communicator: Able to write professional emails and handle upset customers calmly and politely. Detail-Oriented: Very careful with numbers, finance, data, and member contracts.
