Member Service Specialist- Greensville County

About the role

The Member Service Specialist is responsible for providing assistance to the county insurance staff in the solicitation, processing and servicing of our insurance products. They will also work with the County Board of Directors, promote Farm Bureau Bank, and assist individuals/members with health insurance needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the county insurance staff
• Solicit, process, and service insurance products
• Promote Farm Bureau Bank
• Aid individuals/members with health insurance needs

Qualifications

• Previous administrative support experience
• Outstanding technical skills, including MS Office applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Property & Casualty license within 3 months of hire (paid by company)

Pay

$36,000 - $56,000 annually
