As a Full-Time Member Service Specialist at Zeal Credit Union, you'll be at the forefront of servicing our members with their day-to-day transactions, ensuring a seamless experience that exemplifies our dedication to customer service. Your role will include balancing your drawer accurately, opening new accounts, and facilitating loan intake. Schedule

• Monday: 8:45am-4:40pm
• Tuesday: 8:45am-4:40pm
• Wednesday: 8:45am-4:40pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-4:40pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:10pm

Requirements

• Minimum of six months of customer service experience
• Genuine passion for helping others
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Initiative taker
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Punctuality and regular onsite attendance
