TEKsystems is hiring Member Service Representatives to assist a client based in Virginia Beach, VA. Candidates must live within 60 miles of Virginia Beach, VA.

About the role

Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding the client's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience required.
  • Call center experience is a plus.
  • Coachable and trainable mindset.
  • Must live within 60 miles of Virginia Beach, VA.

Qualifications

Successful new hires often come from backgrounds in customer service, such as servers, bartenders, healthcare, education, or military roles.

Schedule

  • Fully remote schedule within a 24/7 call center capacity.
  • Availability required 6 days per week.
  • One fixed day off (Saturday or Sunday).

Pay

$21.50/hr.
