Member Service Representative - Pantano Branch

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, assisting with various needs from opening accounts to solving problems.
• Process teller transactions, open and close accounts, conduct loan application interviews, and fund loans.
• Present loan disclosures and maintain accurate and efficient banking transactions.
• Work collaboratively within the branch to support overall member satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals and stay updated on credit union products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of current financial institution experience as Teller or Member Service Representative, or two years of current sales, retail, or customer service experience with cash handling responsibilities
• Intermediate-level proficiency with computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Flexibility to travel to other branches on occasion
• Working knowledge of Symitar (Episys), and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred
