Member Service Representative III - Lending Consultant
About the role
Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Call Center Lender to provide excellent service to members and potential members in a contact center environment. The role involves answering calls, troubleshooting, and resolving member issues related to loan applications and membership openings. Candidates should have three to five years of experience in lending operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and potential members in a contact center environment.
- Identify and educate members on value-added products/services to meet individual needs.
- Open and close accounts/memberships, consumer loans (excluding home equity loan products).
- Answer questions about products and services.
- Conduct basic transactions and problem resolution within authority, escalating when necessary.
- Process and support online lending applications and membership needs through virtual delivery channels.
- Utilize expertise in Meridianlink, Qualifile, and XP2 navigation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday-Friday from 9:15 AM-6:00 PM with a rotating Saturday schedule.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in lending operations.
- Expertise in Meridianlink, Qualifile, and XP2 navigation.
Skills
- Consultative-based approach to assisting members with financial needs.
- Ability to identify and educate members on value-added products/services.
- Knowledge of transactional and lending operations.
