This role provides phone, email, and chat support to members while resolving account questions and delivering excellent customer service.What You'll Do:Handle high-volume inbound member calls and inquiriesResolve account questions, complaints, and service issuesProcess transfers, loan payments, and account maintenanceAssist members with online/mobile banking and other digital servicesDocument customer interactions and escalate complex issues when neededIdentify opportunities to recommend products and servicesWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of high-volume call center/customer service experience requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working with computers and multiple systemsProfessional, patient, and customer-focusedBilingual a plusCredit union/banking experience preferredSchedule:Full-time, hourly positionShifts between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CSTSome weekends and overtime may be requiredSaturday training may be requiredImportant: Candidates must live outside the Houston areaInterested candidates please send resume in Word format Please reference job code 139061 when responding to this ad.
