What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, professional service to members
• Process transactions and maintain accurate cash systems
• Open and service member accounts
• Assist with debit cards, wires, account maintenance, and general inquiries
• Support day‑to‑day branch operations
• Help resolve member concerns
• Identify member needs and connect them with helpful credit union products and services

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of financial institution experience
• Enjoys helping people and building strong relationships
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Detail‑oriented and accurate
• Can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Works well as part of a team
