First Commerce Credit Union is seeking qualified candidates for current and future Member Services Representative (MSR) opportunities at various Financial Center locations throughout Georgia. As a Member Service Representative, you will be the trusted partner members rely on for guidance, support, and solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Opening deposit accounts and recommending products that fit member needs
• Performing teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing
• Assisting with account maintenance, debit card services, wire transfers, and more
• Supporting members with online banking, safe deposit access, and financial tools
• Notarizing documents, providing loan payoff quotes, and helping with direct deposits
• Driving sales through service excellence and meeting referral goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 months of teller experience at a bank or credit union (or 12 months teller + 6 months customer service)
• A positive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for helping others
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Professionalism and a commitment to excellence
• Comfort with office technology and financial systems
