Member Service Representative

About the Role

First Commerce Credit Union is seeking qualified candidates for current and future Member Services Representative (MSR) opportunities at various Financial Center locations throughout Georgia. Applicants may be considered for multiple positions and locations based on their qualifications and organizational needs. As a Member Service Representative, you'll be the trusted partner our members rely on for guidance, support, and solutions tailored to their needs.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the go-to expert for a wide range of financial services - from opening accounts and recommending products to assisting with digital banking and performing teller transactions. You'll help members navigate their financial goals, respond to inquiries with care and efficiency, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to remarkable service.

• Opening deposit accounts and recommending products that fit member needs
• Performing teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing
• Assisting with account maintenance, debit card services, wire transfers, and more
• Supporting members with online banking, safe deposit access, and financial tools
• Notarizing documents, providing loan payoff quotes, and helping with direct deposits
• Driving sales through service excellence and meeting referral goals

What You Bring To The Table

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 months of teller experience at a bank or credit union (or 12 months teller + 6 months customer service)
• A positive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for helping others
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Professionalism and a commitment to excellence
• Comfort with office technology and financial systems
