About the role
Welcome members with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring every interaction is personal and positive.
Perform routine teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
Educate members on FAIRWINDS products, services, and digital tools such as mobile and online banking, helping them manage their finances more conveniently.
Assist members with account questions, service issues, and general inquiries, escalating as needed to resolve concerns quickly.
Maintain balancing standards and operational compliance for all transactions.
Support branch goals by identifying member needs and referring them to appropriate teammates for lending, account services, or investment solutions.
Maintain the appearance and organization of your teller station and the branch environment.
Participate in individual and team coaching sessions to build product knowledge and improve member service skills.

Pay
Starting pay of $18.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn $19.00 per hour within your first year!
