About the role
As a Member Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to credit union members. Your primary duties include greeting customers, processing transactions, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members with their banking needs.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications efficiently.
- Answer member questions regarding products and services.
- Resolve member inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Ensure accurate and secure handling of member information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of credit union products and services is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
