Member Sales & Service Specialist - Southlands
We are looking for a long-term employee who can grow with our organization and become a part of our community. This is not a seasonal role.
About the role
Are you an outgoing extrovert who loves people and sales with equal enthusiasm? We are seeking someone confident and energetic, with a passion for supporting our team and community. The ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, and have an extreme passion for customer service and making people smile every day.
If you are friendly, willing to learn, and enjoy building relationships with new and existing teammates and members, you’ll be a great addition to our team. Member Sales & Service Specialists (MSS) assist the Studio Manager with personable conversations, helping book prospects into intro classes, and converting them into members. MSS professionals know our members well and can anticipate their needs in advance. They are experts in membership sales, retail sales, and private training sales, and must be comfortable building connections over the phone.
