Member Relationship Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Aid members with new and existing account services.
• Conduct account transactions and general account maintenance.
• Promote and refer Credit Union products and services to enhance member financial success.
• Navigate and utilize various software and platforms effectively.
• Support the community by participating in Credit Union-sponsored events and activities.

Requirements

• Valid work authorization for permanent employment in the U.S.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• The ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:15 pm
Friday: 8:00am - 5:45 pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:30 pm (rotating)

Pay
