Member Relationship Officer (Floating)
About The Role
As a Member Relationship Officer, you will serve as a trusted financial partner to members by providing guidance on lending products, opening and maintaining accounts, and delivering personalized service that strengthens long-term member relationships. You will evaluate lending requests, identify opportunities to deepen relationships, and ensure members receive outstanding service at every interaction. This is a floating position, requiring travel to multiple branch locations throughout Northeast Wisconsin as business needs dictate.
Responsibilities
- Provide members with financial guidance and recommendations for consumer lending products and services.
- Evaluate loan applications and make recommendations in accordance with lending policies and procedures.
- Open and maintain checking, savings, CD, and IRA accounts.
- Build strong relationships with members to understand their current and future financial needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance member relationships through additional products and services.
- Interview members to uncover financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Deliver exceptional service while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Assist members with account maintenance and general banking transactions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate member records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive member experience across all branch locations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of sales and customer service experience.
- Strong interviewing, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software applications.
Schedule
Full-time position. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; some Saturdays 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $46,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year.

This is a permanent, fully onsite position based in Appleton, WI, with the home branch being the Fox Communities location closest to your residence.
