About the role
Responsible for managing customer relationships and processing new loan applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process new loan applications efficiently and accurately.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding their loan status.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from customers effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or lending.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of consumer lending practices and regulations.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems.
- Experience with loan processing software.
