Member Relationship Advisor I - (Universal Banker / Bilingual Spanish)

About the role

Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone and in person.
• Process transactions and manage client accounts.
• Offer financial advice and products to meet client needs.
• Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with banking software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
